Silo: A Dystopian Science Fiction TV Series In a ruined and toxic future, thousands live in a giant silo deep underground. After its sheriff breaks a cardinal rule and residents die mysteriously, engineer Juliette starts to uncover shocking secrets and the truth about the silo. Silo is a science fiction dystopian television series created by Graham Yost based on the Wool series of novels by author Hugh Howey. The series stars Rebecca Ferguson, who is also an executive producer of the series. It premiered on Apple TV+ on May 5, 2023. A second season is in development. The series is set in a future where the Earth has been rendered uninhabitable by pollution and climate change. The only survivors live in a giant silo that is hundreds of stories deep. The silo is a self-contained society with its own laws, customs, and beliefs. Juliette (Ferguson) is an engineer who is tasked with investigating the death of a colleague.
