PlayStation Plus Extra/Premium Games For April 2026 Revealed
Here's what PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers can look forward to in April.
PlayStation has announced the April roster of games that will be available in the Game Catalog for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium customers, so it's that time of the month once more. Beginning on April 21, you can play all of these games:
Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered (PS5, PS4)
The Crew Motorfest (PS5, PS4)
Football Manager 26 Console (PS5)
Warriors Abyss (PS5, PS4)
Squirrel With a Gun (PS5)
The Casting of Frank Stone (PS5)
Monster Train (PS5)
Wild Arms 4 (PS5, PS4) | PS Plus Premium required
This month has several high-profile releases, starting with Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered. The first entry in the series from developer Guerrilla Games, this version of the open-world adventure is a massive technical upgrade that brings it on par with its sequel, Horizon Forbidden West. One thing to note is that PS5 owners will get the remastered edition, while PS4 owners can download the Complete Edition.
The Crew Motorfest is a good substitute for Forza Horizon 6, which will not be available on the PS5 on launch day next month. The game, which is set in Honolulu, Hawaii, has hundreds of fast automobiles and many of racing events. While Koei Tecmo's action roguelite, Warriors: Abyss, offers over 100 heroes to choose from and an infinite number of monsters to face, Football Manager 26 will allow you to enjoy the glory of managing your ideal soccer squad.
For something more absurd, Squirrel With a Gun does exactly what it says on the can, as you'll play as a gun-toting rodent seeking to escape a secret underground facility using any violent means necessary.
Ahead of the release of Directive 8020 next month, you can also check out The Casting of Frank Stone. Set in the Dead by Daylight universe and featuring Supermassive's signature storytelling, the game follows a group of young friends as they discover the origins of a gruesome urban legend.
Take a ride on Monster Train this month to see the unique qualities of roguelike deckbuilding, which has becoming increasingly popular. It's a difficult test of your abilities that puts a tactical spin on the genre by having you oversee three battlegrounds.
Finally, the PlayStation Classics section of the Game Catalog expands this month with Wild Arms 4. Originally released for PS2 in 2005, the JRPG has been enhanced with several quality-of-life features and custom video filters.
Don't forget, all PS Plus members can claim three freebies--Lords of the Fallen, Tomb Raider I-III Remastered, and Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream--but you only have until May 4 to do so.
