The official Black Friday 2025 sale has been announced by PlayStation.
Save up to 60% on consoles, games, PS Plus, and more
Plans for PlayStation's next Black Friday 2025 sale, which will take place from November 21–29, have been formally confirmed. PlayStation Plus memberships can be discounted by up to 33%, and consoles, games, and accessories can be discounted by up to 60%.
More precisely, PlayStation has announced $100 off PlayStation 5 devices, including the PS5 Pro, as well as discounts on games including Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, Lost Soul Aside, Astro Bot, and God of War Ragnarok.
PlayStation's 2025 Black Friday Plans Revealed
Here’s the full list of deals confirmed for the PS5 Black Friday sale, including standouts such as 33% off PS Plus, $100 off PS VR2, and $20 off PS Portal.
Plus, as expected, DualSense Controllers will drop to $54.99 for the standard color variants, and $59.99 for the special edition colorways.
Most of these deals will be available via PlayStation Direct, but also via other major retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy, to name a few in the US.

In the run up to its own Black Friday sale on November 20, Amazon briefly dropped the DualSense Edge to $159.99 before the offer vanished.
That price undercuts the upcoming Black Friday listing ($169.99) by $10, which only adds fuel to the idea that Amazon might roll out an even stronger deal once the main sale kicks off.
33% off PlayStation Plus
PlayStation Plus will also be discounted as part of the Black Friday sale. New players can save 33% on 12-month memberships, and existing PS Plus members can save 33% when they upgrade the remaining portion of their membership from Essential or Extra to Premium or Deluxe.
This is better than last year's Black Friday offer, which included 20% off Essential, 25% off Extra, and 30% off Premium in addition to 25% off Extra and 30% off Premium upgrades.
This offer matches or surpasses the 2025 Days of Play Sale (20% off Essential, 25% off Extra, 33% off Premium, and 33% off Premium upgrades), however it falls short of PlayStation's Lunar New Year Sale (25% off Extra, 37% off Premium, and 35% off Premium upgrades).
$100 off PS5 Consoles
For those looking to pick up a PlayStation 5 in the Black Friday sales, you're in luck. PS5 consoles will be $100 off in the sale, starting from November 21. That includes the PS5 Pro, which will be down to $649.99, a significant drop from its $749.99 MSRP.
There's also a brand new PS5 Fortnite Flowering Chaos Bundle, available for $399.99 for the 825GB digital edition, and $449.99 for the 1TB disc edition. The bundle will feature PlayStation-exclusive in-game content and 1,000 V-Bucks.
Although a $100 decrease is noteworthy, the PS5's price increased by $50 in August, reaching $549.99 for the disc version, $499.99 for the digital version, and $749.99 for the Pro. This is completely eliminated by the Black Friday discount, but it's still something prospective customers should be aware of.
PS5 Deals for Black Friday Already Live
There are already a handful of PS5 deals to check out in the run up to Black Friday, and there is going to be more and more great offers in the coming days.
For now, you can pick up Borderlands 4 for $47.99, alongside Final Fantasy's 1-6 Pixel Collection for $39.99, its lowest price ever, EA Sports FC 26 for $34.99, Battlefield 6 for $62.95, and Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake for $34.99. There's also an early Black Friday sale at GameStop with a few other picks available.
