Meet the Browns: A heartwarming family comedy

Meet the Browns: A heartwarming family comedy Meet the Browns is an American sitcom created and produced by Tyler Perry. The show revolves around the misadventures of the multi-generational Brown family, who live in suburban Atlanta, Georgia. The show premiered on TBS on October 2, 2009, and ran for four seasons, ending on May 19, 2012. The show stars David Mann as Leroy Brown, a church deacon who is very proud of being saved. He has one brother, Larry "L.B." Brown, who is never mentioned in the series but appears in the film, and one sister, Vera. Leroy's daughter, Cora Simmons (Tamela J. Mann), lives with him and helps him run the Brown home, a senior citizen's home.
