Argentina closed out their Asia tour with a 2-0 victory over Indonesia on Monday. The match was played at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Leandro Paredes opened the scoring for Argentina in the 37th minute with a long-range strike. Cristian Romero doubled the lead for Argentina in the 55th minute with a header from a corner kick.
Argentina dominated possession throughout the match and created several other chances. However, they were unable to add to their lead.
The victory was Argentina's second of their Asia tour. They also defeated Australia 2-0 in a friendly match on June 11.
The win over Indonesia was a good way for Argentina to end their tour. It showed that they are still a strong team, even without Lionel Messi.
